Frequently Asked Questions

Who can book government cultural venues?

Registered cultural organizations, artists, community groups, educational institutions, and government agencies can book venues. Individual artists must be registered with the Ministry.

What types of events are eligible?

Cultural performances, exhibitions, workshops, conferences, film screenings, and other events with cultural, educational, or community significance.

Are there any restrictions?

Events must comply with venue policies and safety regulations. Political rallies, purely commercial events, and activities that may damage facilities are not permitted.
